AI, put to work

AI customer support, meeting summaries, product listing and product photo processing, placed where they save time, with a person reviewing the result.

AI can do a lot, but not every step is worth handing over. We first look for work that is high-volume, repetitive and based on clear information, such as answering common questions, summarising meetings or writing product descriptions, and then decide where AI fits and who checks its output.

Two things matter most to us: when AI is unsure it hands over to a person, and it must never make things up. The CSM Smart Lock listing tool may only write specifications it can verify and leaves the rest blank; the LINE assistant alerts a real person when a question needs judgement.

Common needs

  1. AI support on a LINE official account

Common questions are answered immediately. Questions that need judgement go to the shop owner, and the assistant pauses while a person replies so it never talks over them.

  2. One-click product listing

Reads product photos and specification sheets, then drafts the spec table, selling points, description and search settings, several products at a time, all saved as drafts for marketing to review.

  3. Product photo processing

Background removal, upscaling and fixed layouts, so every photo in the catalogue has a consistent look.

  4. Meetings turned into summaries and action items

Recordings become text automatically, organised into a summary, action items and open questions you can search later.

  5. Bilingual content kept in sync

When the Chinese content changes, the English follows. Existing translations stay stable instead of shifting every time they are regenerated.

  6. A question-and-answer assistant for your own information

For example, product information and procedures gathered into one knowledge file, so staff or customers can simply ask, with anything unanswered passed to a person.

How we work

  1. Find the steps worth automating

We start with work that is high-volume, repetitive and based on clear information, estimate the time it could save, and then decide whether to build.

  2. A person reviews the output

AI output is saved as a draft or suggestion and only sent or published after the responsible person checks it.

  3. If it cannot be verified, it is not written

AI may only answer from information provided or found. Otherwise it leaves a blank or hands over to a person, and automated checks make sure that rule is not quietly removed.

  4. Graceful when things go wrong

Customers never see a technical error message; they get a polite, safe reply while the right person is notified.

  5. Costs you can see

Most AI services are billed by usage. We estimate usage for your case and can set a monthly cap.

When it fits

  • Support answers the same questions all day, and messages after hours go unanswered
  • Writing specifications and descriptions for new products takes up a lot of time
  • There are many meetings, and decisions and to-dos get lost
  • You want to try AI but worry it will give wrong or invented answers

Common scenarios for this service. These are examples, not completed client projects.

  • spot the differences between two PDFs

A purchase order and the supplier's confirmation often differ in small ways — an item name, a quantity, a delivery date — and line-by-line reading misses them. A small tool can have AI read both PDFs, compare them field by field and highlight every mismatch for a person to confirm.

  • an AI assistant on your LINE account

Most questions to an online shop are the same few — shipping fees, dispatch times, which size to pick. Gather those answers into one knowledge file and let AI reply on LINE straight away; returns, complaints and anything that needs judgement go to a person, who gets notified.

  • background removal and draft copy with AI

Each new product means retouching photos, removing backgrounds and writing a title and description, so only a handful get listed per day. A listing assistant can cut out and resize the photos, draft the name and description from the specs, and save everything as a draft for someone to review.

  • clause comparison and renewal reminders

When a counterparty sends back a revised contract, finding exactly what changed means reading it against the original sentence by sentence. AI can compare the two and list added, removed and reworded clauses for the professional to assess, while renewal and expiry dates are logged and flagged ahead of time.

  • photos first, site visit only if needed

Installation and repair jobs usually need a site visit before anyone can quote, and the drive can take longer than the work. Customers can send photos on LINE and answer a few questions; AI turns them into a short summary and points out what's still missing, so the technician can decide whether a visit is needed.

  • every platform in one place, with draft replies

Reviews are spread across Google Maps and the delivery apps, and a bad one can go unseen for days. New reviews can be gathered in one place on a schedule, sorted by AI into food, service or waiting time, and given a draft reply that the owner edits before responding.

Questions

Could the AI give out wrong information?

We restrict it to the information provided. If it cannot find an answer it hands over to a person or leaves a blank, and important content is saved as a draft for someone to approve before it goes out.

Do we have to use AI?

No. We only use AI at the steps where it clearly saves time, and keep everything else simple and dependable.

How are AI usage costs worked out?

Most AI services are billed by usage. We estimate usage based on your needs and can set a monthly cap so costs stay predictable.

Can we start small?

Yes. For example, begin with the common questions on your LINE account or with listing one product category, and expand once you see the results.

Would you like to talk through your situation?

No specification needed. Tell us which part of your work takes the most time, and we will look at the right approach together.
