AI can compare the two and list added, removed and reworded clauses for the professional to assess, while renewal and expiry dates are logged and flagged ahead of time.

    After a client meeting, consultants and designers spend time trying to recall exactly what was asked for. The recording can be turned into a transcript, key points and a to-do list filed under that client, so a quick read before the next meeting picks up where things left off.

An index over the existing files allows search by client, year, project or keyword, while the files themselves stay where they are — never moved or renamed.

Questions

Do our files have to move into a new system?

No. We build an index over the existing files, which stay where they are, unmoved and unrenamed. If the system is ever switched off, the files still open in File Explorer as before.

Our client data is sensitive. Is it safe to give it to AI?

We agree with you first which data may be processed by AI and which may not, and plan storage and access to suit. Important results are always confirmed by the person in charge.

Can AI contract comparison replace human review?

No, and it shouldn't. The AI lists the differences so nothing is missed; the judgement stays with the person in charge.
