Custom software for installation and field service businesses

In installation and repair work, information is scattered by nature: stock in the warehouse, jobs in chat groups, progress in the technicians' hands. We have built an inventory and dispatch system for this industry and a website and admin for a shop that installs on site, and we can bring call-outs, dispatch and completion together in one place, following the way you already dispatch.

What we often hear

  • "Repair calls, technicians' schedules and completion photos are spread across several LINE groups."
  • "To find out who has a particular unit right now, I have to ask three people."
  • "Every job needs a site visit before we can quote."
  • "Website enquiries sit in the inbox and nobody notices."

Services that fit

  1. Custom B2B management systems

Serial-number inventory and dispatch through to completion, with technicians reporting from site and the office seeing progress at any time.

  2. Websites, apps and B2C products

A website and online enquiries that let customers send site photos first, going straight to the right person.

  3. AI, put to work

Turning customers' photos and descriptions into a summary of the job, flagging what information is still missing.

  4. Integration and long-term support

Monitoring and backups after launch, so we hear about problems first.

What we could build for you

These are example scenarios showing how such needs can be met. They are not completed client projects.

  • straight from the form to LINE

Enquiries from the website sit unnoticed in an inbox, and customers who hear nothing back ask someone else. The form can notify the right salesperson on LINE the moment it's sent and turn the request into an enquiry record, so everyone can see who picked it up and where it stands.

  • repair jobs from first call to sign-off

For an air-conditioning or equipment repair firm, service calls, technicians' schedules and completion photos tend to be scattered across several LINE groups. One dispatch system can bring it together: the office creates and assigns jobs, technicians report photos and customer signatures from their phones, and everyone can see where each job stands.

  • photos first, site visit only if needed

Installation and repair jobs usually need a site visit before anyone can quote, and the drive can take longer than the work. Customers can send photos on LINE and answer a few questions; AI turns them into a short summary and points out what's still missing, so the technician can decide whether a visit is needed.

Related approaches (real projects)

These are real systems we have built. They share a process or technology with this industry, and most are not clients in it; each note says why it is relevant.

CSM Smart Lock website and admin, for a smart lock shop that installs on site; customers start an enquiry by sending a photo of their door on LINE. The client agreed to be named.

Questions

Our technicians are always out. How would they use the system?

Mainly on their phones. Technicians report progress and photos from site, and the office sees it at the same time.

Can it track every unit by serial number?

Yes. Beyond quantities, it records whether each unit is in the warehouse or with a technician and where it was finally installed, so repairs can be traced later.

We've dispatched through LINE groups for years. Will switching be painful?

We start by looking at how you dispatch now and keep the fields and steps your team knows. You can also start with dispatch alone and add inventory once it runs smoothly.

Would you like to talk through how your business works?

No specification needed. Tell us which part of your work takes the most time, and we will look at the right approach together.
