Custom software for restaurants and hospitality

At the busiest times, rotas, supplier orders and review replies all get pushed back. We can turn these everyday tasks into simple tools a manager can handle on a phone, with screens showing only what each person actually uses, so part-time staff pick them up easily.

What we often hear

  • "Shift swaps happen in the group chat, and I still add up hours by hand at month end."
  • "After closing I count stock, then message each supplier one by one."
  • "We often only see a bad review days later."
  • "Stamp cards keep getting lost, and we don't really know who our regulars are."

What we could build for you

These are example scenarios showing how such needs can be met. They are not completed client projects.

  • from paper stamp cards to LINE membership

Paper stamp cards get lost, and the shop never really knows who its regulars are. With a QR code scanned at checkout, points build up in the customer's LINE membership where they can check them anytime, and the shop can see who comes back and send its regulars an offer on special days.

  • a daily order list based on actual usage

After closing, a restaurant counts its ingredients and messages each supplier separately, with quantities based on the manager's instinct. Linking till sales to the stock count, the system can suggest order quantities from past usage and, once the manager confirms, split them into an order for each supplier.

  • part-time rotas and swaps online

Restaurants with many part-timers change the rota constantly; swaps are arranged by shouting in a group chat, and the manager totals the hours by hand at month-end. A scheduling page lets staff enter their availability and request swaps, the manager approves, the rota updates, and hours export directly.

  • every platform in one place, with draft replies

Reviews are spread across Google Maps and the delivery apps, and a bad one can go unseen for days. New reviews can be gathered in one place on a schedule, sorted by AI into food, service or waiting time, and given a draft reply that the owner edits before responding.

Questions

We're a small place. Is a system worth it?

It doesn't have to be a whole system. Pick the one task that takes the most time, such as rotas or ordering, and turn it into a simple tool.

Can it connect to our current till system?

It depends on whether the till system offers data export or an integration method. We check first, then suggest an approach.

Our staff aren't very comfortable with computers. Will it be hard to learn?

We design mainly for phones, show each role only what it needs, and use the words your team already uses.

Would you like to talk through how your business works?

No specification needed. Tell us which part of your work takes the most time, and we will look at the right approach together.
