Custom software for retail and e-commerce

With shops, an online store and LINE all running at once, stock, customer service and shipping often keep separate records. We can bring stock together in one place, let AI answer the repetitive customer questions first, and keep a record of every shipment you can look up later. Starting with the part that goes wrong most often is enough.

What we often hear

  • "We sold it online, then found the shop had run out long ago."
  • "LINE keeps asking about shipping costs and delivery times, and nobody answers after hours."
  • "The buyer says an item was missing and we have no proof, so we just refund."
  • "Each new product needs photo editing and copy, so we only get a few done a day."
  • "Orders, accounts and logistics are in three systems, and every sale is typed in several times."

What we could build for you

These are example scenarios showing how such needs can be met. They are not completed client projects.

  • a LINE message before you run out

Best-selling items tend to run out quietly, and the shop finds out when a customer asks. Set a safety level for each item; once stock drops below it, the person who reorders gets a LINE message with the current count and the last delivery.

  • from paper stamp cards to LINE membership

Paper stamp cards get lost, and the shop never really knows who its regulars are. With a QR code scanned at checkout, points build up in the customer's LINE membership where they can check them anytime, and the shop can see who comes back and send its regulars an offer on special days.

  • an AI assistant on your LINE account

Most questions to an online shop are the same few — shipping fees, dispatch times, which size to pick. Gather those answers into one knowledge file and let AI reply on LINE straight away; returns, complaints and anything that needs judgement go to a person, who gets notified.

  • background removal and draft copy with AI

Each new product means retouching photos, removing backgrounds and writing a title and description, so only a handful get listed per day. A listing assistant can cut out and resize the photos, draft the name and description from the specs, and save everything as a draft for someone to review.

  • shops and web store on one inventory

With physical shops and an online store each keeping their own count, items sell online that the shop ran out of days ago. Connecting every location to a single stock record means a sale anywhere is deducted right away, and transfers between shops are recorded too.

  • orders, accounts and shipping entered once

Orders live in the e-commerce back end, accounts in the bookkeeping software and shipments on the courier's platform, so the same sale is typed in several times. Syncing these systems means a new entry in one flows into the others, with a log that shows which record failed and where.

Questions

We already use our e-commerce platform's back office. Do we need another system?

Not necessarily. If only a few features are missing, we first look at connecting systems or adding a small tool. We only suggest a new system when the process really doesn't fit.

Will the AI assistant give wrong answers?

It answers only from the information you provide. Anything it can't find or that needs judgement, such as returns or price negotiation, goes to a person and AI replies pause.

Can we start small?

Yes. For example, begin with low-stock alerts, or let the AI answer shipping and delivery questions, and expand once it proves useful.

Would you like to talk through how your business works?

No specification needed. Tell us which part of your work takes the most time, and we will look at the right approach together.
